We have spent one year face with COVID 19 pandemic. It is a challenging situation for all of us. We have conducted a limited survey on how it affects the work and the business, and we would like to share the results of our study on what are essentials in this new normal.
The first step is for the company should implement COVID 19 protocol, including the WHO standard, which includes

•less than 50 % of employees work from the office

More than 50% of respondents agree that the current performance measure needs to change; even 100% of respondents who chose input-based performance measures and no measurements or depended on superiors decided to change them (input or no measurements).
Regardless of the current performance method, 92% of respondents agree that they can use the tasks and responsibilities to measure employees' performance.
